Kindergarten Book Bag

Is your child entering kindergarten this year?

We want to welcome them to school with a tote bag filled with Library books.  Each bag comes with a special bookmark, tips to help your child get ready for school, and books chosen specifically for your child's reading level.

There is a limit of one bag per child. Please note that the bag is yours to keep, but the books must be returned like regular Library books.

Requests for the 2023 Kindergarten Book Bag are now open. Request one ahead of time from your nearest Library location, or drop in to pick one up!
