Calgary European Film Festival presents 2023 European Union Film Series: Gods of Molenbeek

In addition to typical childhood activities six-year-old friends from Molenbeek contemplate life’s “big questions”. A nearby terror attack brings the military & disrupts their play. Bedtime stories now evoke images of violence, even friendship is put on trial until an expected twist reshapes their lives for good.
