Mindfulness for Parenting

It can often feel impossible to be a parent and a calm, rational human being at the same time! This talk will focus on mindful self-care for parents and guardians with real-world tools. We will explore self-regulation strategies and some basic neuroscience that can help us find more balance amid the chaos we call parenting. Led by Nicole Libin.
