Bringing Truth and Reconciliation into Your Classroom with Author Richard Van Camp

Monday, February 25
6:30 – 7:30 pm
BMO Financial Group Community Room, Central Library

In celebration of Freedom to Read Week, join best-selling author Richard Van Camp (Little You, We Sang You Home, Three Feathers) of Tlicho Nation for an engaging session designed for educators. Consider how to expand and enhance the inclusion of Indigenous ways of knowing and perspectives into your classroom, on our collective journey towards reconciliation. Stay afterward for an opportunity to meet the author. Books will be available for purchase or bring your own to be signed.

Free, but registration is required. Please show proof of school employment at the door (eg. ATA card).
