Explore Calgary Public Library eResources as you search for evidence to support science and social studies projects. This hands-on, one hour program introduces basic online research skills and media literacy. Info Investigators is for students in Grades 4 to 6.
Lest We Forget
Use primary and secondary sources from our Calgary’s Story collection and Library and Archives Canada so students can uncover the life of a Calgary soldier in the First World War. Hands-on access to newspaper articles, photographs, service records, and maps foster historical and critical thinking skills in students as they learn research basics. For students in Grades 5 to 12.
The Library Goes to Kindergarten
The Library supports school readiness and literacy through play! Invite the Library to set up a booth at your Kindergarten orientation event, engaging families through stories, songs, art making, and games.
