Last year, our members borrowed physical and digital items more than 15 million times and visited the Library over seven million times. Sorts and shelves Library materials and helps create a welcoming environment.
Works directly with Library customers and completes a variety of duties such as assisting with Library cards and accounts, borrowing and returning Library materials, and delivering programming to audiences including children, teens, and adults.
Answers customer questions using a variety of information and online sources. Assists with Library programs and community outreach. A two-year diploma plus experience or a bachelor's degree plus experience is required.
Plans, delivers, and evaluates Library services. A master's degree from an accredited library school program is required.
Works in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, and Information Technology.
