Library Hotline staff are available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm.

Is there a title we should purchase?

We want to ensure that the books you're interested in are available on Library shelves. 

Log in to your Library account to submit a suggestion using your Library card number and PIN. You can suggest up to two titles per month.

Guidelines for suggesting a title:

  • The Library receives thousands of suggestions annually and selects items of current widespread interest, considering budget and availability.
  • Titles published in the last five years are preferred. We do not accept suggestions for titles that have not yet been published. 
  • The Library automatically orders the most well-known authors, such as Stephen King and Margaret Atwood. 
  • Newly published DVDs and CDs are purchased if available. The Library does not accept suggestions for AV material. 
  • The Library does not accept suggestions for eBooks and eAudio via the Suggest a Title form. Patrons can use "notify me" tags in Libby to suggest eBooks and eAudio. Visit the Libby Help article to learn how to use "notify me" tags.
