In accordance with the Provincial Public Health Emergency Order, all Calgary Public Library locations will be temporarily closed until further notice as of December 12 at 5:00pm to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

Thank you for your support, understanding and patience during this difficult time as we work together to ensure the well-being of everyone in our community.

Room bookings

Room bookings are not available at this time. On September 15, the Province announced it was returning to a state of Public Health Emergency, with new public health measures and restrictions.

All 21 locations are open for in-person visits, with health and safety measures in place.  Please continue to visit us online for regular updates.

Rooms can be booked when the Library is open, up to 30 minutes before closing.

Early access for bookings that start right when the Library opens is unavailable.
