Due to the high volume of requests for event spaces at Central Library, we aim to respond to requests within 30 days of submission. Submissions will be responded to in the order they are received, regardless of the requested event date.
If you have already been in contact with the Events team or are waiting for a reply after submitting the online form, please do not resubmit your request.
If you have a valid Library Card, you may be eligible for a free Use of Space booking. These bookings are for use of Level 0 rooms or the BMO Community Room at Central only, are 3 hours or less in duration, and are requested at least 30 days from your desired booking date. Our team will respond to Use of Space requests in the order first received.
For all other free room booking requests, book a meeting space at the Library.
Please note that at this time, we are unable to accommodate use of external USB drives to access media for your event. All media must be shared with your Library contact prior to your event date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
