Explore Your Freedom to Read with Page

Ahead of Freedom to Read Week, the Library is excited to take you on a new adventure with Page.

Page is a short, stop-motion animated video set in Central Library, where a magical world exists after the Library closes and the books come to life.

Page goes on a journey to embrace growth and discovery. As they explore Central Library after hours, Page shows us that when we have access to different books, ideas, and ways of thinking and knowing, we have endless opportunities to grow and change. We may find ourselves on a new adventure completely.

Freedom to Read Week is February 23 – March 1

Freedom to Read Week is an important part of sharing the Library's commitment to intellectual freedom.

When we flip through the pages of a book, it can feel like we're entering a world full of new possibilities. Beyond books, the Library also offers opportunities of discovery through programs and services. Everyone has a right to access information, to learn and consider new ideas. You also have the right to express your opinions and feelings about content.
