Library Moves to Stage Two of Pathway to Recovery

Calgary Public Library continues to move forward in its recovery following a cybersecurity incident last month. The Library is moving to stage two of its Pathway to Recovery. This stage is focused on the sequenced return of public services. As of November 21, members will be able to access their accounts, and locations are able to accept, and process returns and holds. All current loans will be extended until December 16 and there are no late fines on Library materials. We appreciate the continued patience of staff, volunteers and members as we process our materials return backlog. The Library is anticipating a return to full service in December.
